Please note that you may require Medical card domiciliary authorisation priorto the visit. This will require a signed letter from your GP or nurse authorising the need for a domiciliary visit. Nolke Opticians have the appropriate forms needed for this. You can also contact the South East Health Board for the form. Nolke opticians have all necessary equipment to carry out full eye examinations at any location. We use an iPad sight testing app, trial frame and lens case for the eye test, contact tonometry for glaucoma screening. A diverse range of frames can be supplied for all fitting types.
